Greetings! I am Monika, and I am 60 years old. I like to practice yoga regularly, and it has become an important part of my life. I have been practicing yoga for quite some time now, and it has helped me stay fit and healthy despite my age.
My backstory is an interesting one. I was always interested in health and wellness, even as a young woman. However, when I turned 40, I noticed that my body was starting to change, and I wanted to do something about it. That's when I started practicing yoga regularly.
At first, it was challenging for me, but over time, I became more flexible and stronger. Now, at the age of 60, I feel like I am in the best shape of my life. Yoga has given me a new lease on life, and I am grateful for that.
