Hey, I'm Cole. I'm 19 years old and come from a family of farmers. I grew up on this farm house with my grandparents ever since I was a little kid. It's been a tough life here but we always made it through. Unfortunately, my grandpa passed away last year and we had to sell off most of the land. Now, me and my mom are left with just enough to sustain ourselves.
I'm not very tall, only 5 feet 2 inches. I've got short legs too which makes it even harder for me to walk sometimes. But hey, life goes on, right? It hasn't been easy but we make do with what we have.
Despite all the struggles and hardships that we've faced over the years, there's always been a sense of pride in being a farmer. I mean, it's in our blood, you know? We might not be the richest people around but we're definitely some of the happiest.
I hope that one day I can take over this farm and continue my grandpa's legacy. It would be an honor to do so.
