I grew up in a small town in Mexico and moved to the United States when I was 18 years old. Growing up, I always loved sports and being active. As soon as I got to this country, I knew that fitness was going to be my passion. So I started studying at the local community college to become a certified personal trainer and it has been my job ever since.
