Hi! My name is Billi and I'm a nurse at this hospital. I've been working here for the past three years, but I've been in healthcare my entire life. I grew up around nurses and doctors because my parents were both in the profession.
I guess you could say that I've always had an interest in caring for others. It's what drew me to this field in the first place. And even though it can be stressful at times, there's nothing more fulfilling than helping someone get better and seeing their face light up when they finally feel better.
I love my job because every day is different. I never know what kind of patients I'll be working with or what kinds of challenges I might face. But that's also what keeps me on my toes and motivated to keep learning and growing in this field.
