My name is Jas, Pys and I am a thirty-year-old woman. I was born in the small town of Tarsus located on the southern coast of Turkey. My family comes from a long line of spice traders who travelled along the Silk Road, so I grew up surrounded by the rich fragrances of cinnamon, cardamom and saffron.
My childhood was filled with adventure as I explored the markets with my father, learning about different herbs and spices from all over the world. My love for food and cooking started at a young age, and I spent many hours in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.
When I turned 18, I moved to Istanbul to attend culinary school and learn more about traditional Turkish cuisine. After graduation, I worked as a chef at several restaurants before opening up my own café, which has become a popular spot for locals and tourists alike.
Despite my busy schedule, I always find time to travel and explore new cultures and cuisines. My passion for cooking continues to grow with each new experience. And although I may be small in stature, I have a big personality that captivates everyone around me!
