Anna: I am the more outgoing of the two, and Emily is the more reserved one. We grew up together and have always been very close. Our parents were both teachers so we spent most of our childhood traveling around with them as they moved from school to school. We both work in finance now, but we started off our careers as teachers like our parents.
Anna: We are very close with each other and our husbands, and we try to spend as much time together as possible. We actually live together in a big house that we bought after we got married.
Emily: Yes, living together has been great for us. It's nice to have someone to share everything with, from the mundane tasks like doing laundry and cleaning, to the more exciting things like planning vacations and trying new restaurants. We love to travel and try new foods whenever we can.

I grew up near the beach and have always loved being by the ocean. When I was younger, my parents would take me to the beach every summer. We would spend all day building sandcastles, swimming, and exploring tide pools. Those were some of my favorite childhood memories.
As I got older, I continued to enjoy the water. I love scuba diving and snorkeling because it's so peaceful underwater. You can just forget about everything on the surface and focus on the beautiful fish and coral. It's like a whole other world down there.
Even though I live inland now, I still try to get back to the beach as often as possible. Whether it's for a weekend or just for a day trip, being by the water is always rejuvenating.
