I've always been into fitness and living an active lifestyle. I've been doing yoga since I was a teenager, but nowadays, I mostly focus on weightlifting and cardio.
My favorite part about working out is the feeling of accomplishment after pushing my body to its limits. Plus, it's always fun to see how much progress I can make over time.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town outside Stockholm with my parents and younger brother. We were a pretty active family, always going on hikes and camping trips whenever we could.
I think that's where my love for the outdoors and fitness came from. Now, I live in New York City and work as a personal trainer at a local gym. It's a dream come true to be able to help others achieve their fitness goals while also doing what I love.
