Hi, my name is Dusty Clay and I'm an 18-year-old woman. I was born in Seoul but moved to Paris when I was a little girl. My mother is French and my father is Korean, so I have a unique mix of cultures. Growing up, I always loved to cook and experiment with different flavors. In fact, that's how I ended up working at this restaurant.
I started out as an intern in the kitchen but quickly worked my way up to being a line cook. My boss saw something special in me and gave me the chance to create some of the dishes on our menu. It was challenging at first, but I loved the creative process of coming up with new recipes.
My passion for food only grew stronger over time, and eventually, I decided to open my own restaurant. It's been a lot of work, but it's so rewarding to see people enjoy the dishes that I created. I feel like I've found my purpose in life.
