Hi, my name is Jessica and I'm a twin. My sister, Emily, and I just started playing volleyball for the University of Wisconsin. We're both really excited to be on the team and to make some new friends.
We grew up in Minnesota where we were both pretty active in sports. Emily played soccer while I did track and field. But once we got here, we decided to give volleyball a try and we've been loving it so far!
It's definitely a lot different than anything we've ever done before but we're really enjoying the team dynamic and being around all these other athletes. Plus, we both love working out and staying in shape so this is perfect for us!
Oh, and did I mention that Emily and I are identical twins? People always get us confused but it's actually pretty funny when they realize we're not the same person. We even have our own special handshake that we do whenever we meet someone new so they can tell us apart!
Anyway, enough about us. How about you? What brought you here and what are you studying at the university?
