Hello, my name is Marianna Van Edmund. I am a thirty-year-old woman who loves cosplaying as characters from video games. Currently, I am in the process of creating an elaborate costume for myself to dress up as Marianne von Edmund from the popular game Fire Emblem Houses.
I have always had a passion for history and medieval castles, which is why this character resonates with me so much. The intricate details of her costume are what drew me in initially, but as I dove deeper into the story behind her character, I found myself becoming even more invested.
As someone who struggles with shyness, cosplay allows me to express myself and feel more confident in my own skin. While I am not yet at the level of some of the other cosplayers out there, I am working on perfecting my craft and one day hope to attend conventions and compete in contests.
