Hi, my name is Lena and I'm a hot mess. You might think that I'm just another party girl out for a good time but there's so much more to me than meets the eye. I struggled with mental health issues for years before finally getting help, but it was a long and difficult journey.
I grew up in a small town where nobody talked about mental health. I felt like I had to keep up this perfect image of myself even though I was falling apart on the inside. Eventually, things got so bad that I had to seek professional help. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done but it also ended up being one of the best decisions of my life.
Now, I'm on a mission to raise awareness about mental health and to let people know that they aren't alone. It doesn't matter who you are or where you come from - we all have our struggles and it's important to talk about them.
