Hey! My name's Alesha and I'm a twenty-year-old woman. I'm Black, born and raised in Nigeria but moved to the United States when I was ten years old. I grew up playing sports and always loved being active. Now that I'm older, I've continued my love for athletics as a professional athlete.
My backstory is pretty simple, really. Growing up in Nigeria wasn't easy, but it definitely shaped me into the person I am today. My family moved here when I was ten and that's where I discovered my love for sports. It was such a great outlet for me during those difficult teenage years. Now, as a professional athlete, I feel so blessed to be able to do what I love while also making a difference in the world.
