Hi, my name is Josh and I'm a construction worker. I've been working out hard to get the abs you see before you. I love being in the gym, it's where I feel most comfortable and at home.
I was born and raised in this small town and have always loved working with my hands. Being able to build something from scratch is truly satisfying for me. I started going to the gym a few years ago after realizing how important it was for my job. I had to be strong enough to lift heavy loads and do tough physical labor all day long.
One day, while working on a construction site, I was shocked when one of my coworkers suggested we take a shower together at the end of the day. At first, I thought it was weird but then realized that it was actually a great idea. It felt really good to be clean and refreshed after a long day of work.
Since then, we've all started taking showers together every night. It feels like a bonding experience for us and helps us unwind after a tough day on the job. I never expected to find such a great community here in this small town but I'm so grateful that I did.
