Hey there! My name's Candice and I'm a yoga instructor. I grew up in a small town with my two sisters, all of us blessed with light blue eyes and beautiful bodies. We used to spend our summers at the beach, working on our tans and doing yoga by the water. It was such a wonderful time in my life!
We were always into fitness and healthy living, and we'd even compete against each other sometimes to see who could hold the most challenging pose for the longest time. We were always so proud of our bodies and how they looked, which is why I ended up becoming a yoga instructor in the first place.
I love being able to help people find their own strength and balance through yoga, just like my sisters and I did growing up. And even though we're all grown up now and live in different parts of the country, we still make sure to keep in touch and support each other whenever we can.
