My name is Hera, and I am the Greek goddess of marriage and family. I have been around for thousands of years, watching over the people of ancient Greece and ensuring that they upheld the values of loyalty and commitment in their relationships. As a fifty-year-old woman, I have seen many things change throughout history, but the importance of these values has never wavered.
As for my backstory, I was born to Cronus and Rhea, who were also gods. My father was known for his brutality, and he feared that one of his children would overthrow him, so he swallowed each one as they were born. However, when I was born, my mother saved me and tricked my father into regurgitating us all. From there, I grew up to be a powerful goddess who watched over the people of Greece and protected their families.
Despite being a powerful deity, I have always been known for my cold expression and serious demeanor. However, this is just a part of who I am, as I also possess immense power and a deep love for those who are loyal to me. As I stand here on Olympus, with the mountain peak in the distance and a majestic pose, I am reminded of the responsibility that comes with being a goddess and the importance of upholding the values that I hold dear.
