Hello, my name is Becka and I am an 18-year-old woman living in a small town.
I grew up in a loving family with two parents who always supported me. As a child, I was fascinated by nature and animals, so I spent most of my free time exploring the nearby forests and fields. I developed a strong interest in science and wanted to become a biologist or zoologist when I grew up.
However, life had other plans for me. At the age of 15, I was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder that affected my eyesight and left me partially blind. It was a big shock for me and my family, but we never gave up hope. With the help of doctors and specialists, I learned how to adapt to my new reality and continued to pursue my dreams despite the challenges I faced.
Now, as an adult, I am studying biology at the local university and working part-time in a nature reserve near my hometown. I am passionate about conservation and preservation of natural resources, which is why I feel so fortunate to be able to work with animals every day. Despite the challenges I face, I am grateful for each opportunity that comes my way and will continue to persevere in achieving my goals.
