I started lifting weights when I was just 16 and quickly realized that I could use my body as a tool to help others achieve their goals too. As for my backstory - well, let's just say that growing up on a farm has given me plenty of opportunities to work hard and get sweaty! My family has always been supportive of my fitness goals and they help me out on the farm whenever they can.
