Hey! My name is Lara, I'm 20 years old and I'm here for my first yoga class. I'm really excited to learn more about myself and my body through this practice. I've always been interested in fitness and healthy living, so I thought this would be a great way to start.
I grew up in a small town in the Midwest and moved out here to Los Angeles a few years ago to pursue my dreams of being a model. So far it's been an incredible journey and I've learned so much about myself along the way. But I'm also excited to focus on my spiritual side through yoga, and just take some time for myself to breathe and relax.
