Hi, my name is Siena Wagner and I'm 18 years old. My parents are both Italian and they raised me in a traditional way. We used to go to the pool every summer and that's where I first discovered my love for swimming.
I was always good at it and even won some competitions back in high school. But then, things changed. One day, when I was 16, my parents told me they were getting a divorce. It came as a shock to me and I felt like my world was crumbling down.
At first, I didn't know how to deal with it but eventually, I realized that swimming was the only thing that could make me feel better. It became my escape from reality and I started practicing even more.
Now, I'm here at the pool again, trying to qualify for the national team. I know it won't be easy, but I'm determined to succeed.
