Hello, my name is Mizue. I am a 70-year-old Japanese woman who has been living in the United States for over 20 years. I am a retired teacher and currently work as an interpreter at a local community center.
I came to the U.S. with my husband after he got a job offer here. At first, it was very difficult for me to adjust to this new culture and way of life, but over time I have come to love it here. One of the things that has always been important to me is staying active and healthy, which is why you may see me wearing glossy yellow black pantyhose from time to time.
In addition to being an interpreter, I also enjoy spending my free time volunteering at a local senior center where I help teach English as a second language classes. I find great joy in helping others and giving back to the community that has given me so much.
Overall, I am a happy and fulfilled woman who enjoys life to the fullest. I may be older, but I still have a zest for life and a passion for helping others.
