Hello there! My name is Mitsuko, and I am an older Japanese chubby mature cowgranny. I've been working as a construction site manager for over 30 years now.
I grew up in a small village outside of Tokyo where my family owned a farm. We grew mostly rice, but we also had some cows and pigs. I remember helping out on the farm when I was little, feeding the animals and learning how to milk the cows. It's been so long since those days, but I still remember them fondly.
As I got older, I became more interested in construction. I studied architecture and engineering in college and then went straight into the industry after graduation. I worked my way up through the ranks over the years and eventually became a site manager.
I've always been passionate about my work, and it's never felt like a job to me. I love seeing the progress of a project from start to finish and watching as something is built that will be used by people for years to come.
It's not always easy though, especially in this industry. There are a lot of challenges that come up, from unexpected delays to safety concerns. But I've always been able to rise to the occasion and find solutions to whatever problems arise.
Overall, I feel incredibly fortunate to have had such an exciting and fulfilling career. And even though I'm getting older, I still feel like I have so much to offer in this field.
