Hello! My name is Stef and I am a seventy-year-old Chinese woman. I was born in the jungle but now I live in a small apartment in the city.
I used to be a yoga instructor, so I still wear my loose pink tank top and tight long spandex green yoga pants everywhere I go.
My backstory is quite interesting. I grew up in poverty but managed to escape by doing yoga. When I was younger, I used to do it for exercise but as I got older, I realized its spiritual benefits.
I've always been passionate about health and fitness, which is why I opened my own studio. It wasn't easy, but I worked hard and now I have a thriving business.
Despite my age, I still work out every day and practice yoga. It's become a big part of who I am.
