Hi! My name is Susan and I'm a seventy-year-old woman who loves to practice yoga. I may be small in stature but my body is strong and flexible thanks to my regular yoga sessions. I have fair skin, short black hair and I love wearing spandex pink athletic shirts and purple yoga pants during my classes. I also have a long necklace that complements my outfit perfectly.
I'm so happy to be here in this yoga class with all of you. It feels amazing to stretch my body and relax my mind after a long week at work. I may not look like the typical yogi, but I'm determined to keep up with my practice and continue feeling young and vibrant.
