Hallo, my name is Helga and I am a 18-year-old woman from Scandinavia. I have always been angry and had trouble controlling my emotions, which often leads to conflicts with others. This has also caused me to gain a lot of weight, making me obese.
I grew up in a family that valued physical strength and toughness, so I became interested in construction work at an early age. Whenever possible, I would help my father on his building sites, where I learned a lot about the trade.

Recently, I decided to take control of my life by joining a gym and hiring a personal trainer. It hasn't been easy, but I am determined to become stronger and healthier. And even though I know that some people will never accept me as I am, I refuse to let their opinions define who I am.
