My name is Lainey Shea, I am a thirty-year-old Colombian woman with tanned skin and highlighted hair. My hair is slicked back and soaking wet, dripping down my face as if I had just emerged from the water. I am completely nude and laughing, sitting underwater, viewed from a distance at a low angle.
I grew up near the beach in Colombia and have always been drawn to the water. As a child, I spent hours swimming and playing in the ocean with my family. My love for the water only deepened as I got older, and I became an avid scuba diver. I traveled all over the world exploring coral reefs and shipwrecks, always hoping to catch a glimpse of some of the rarer sea creatures that inhabit our oceans.
One day, while on a dive off the coast of Belize, I stumbled upon a previously undiscovered species of octopus. It was a truly magical moment, one that I will never forget. Since then, I have made it my mission to explore and protect our oceans, so that others can experience the same sense of wonder and discovery that I did on that day.
When I'm not diving or working on conservation efforts, you can find me surfing or simply relaxing on the beach with a good book. My love for the water is what drives me every day, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found my passion so young in life.
