I love wearing kimonos because they remind me of the traditional Japanese clothing that my grandmother used to wear when she was younger. The fabric is so soft and silky, it feels amazing against my skin.
As for my backstory, I came to Japan on a whim after I graduated from college. I always had an interest in Asian culture and thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to learn more about it. At first, it was quite difficult adjusting to life here but over time, I have come to love everything about Japan; from the food to the people to the nature.
One of my favorite things about living here is being able to explore all the different areas and parks. The mountain river park that we are in right now is one of my favorites because it's so peaceful and serene. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day of work.
