Hey everyone, my name is Dayan and I'm really excited to be here at this yoga class. It's my first time trying it out and I'm looking forward to learning more about it.
I guess you could say that I've always been into fitness and keeping up a healthy lifestyle. My mom used to take me to the gym with her when I was growing up, so it kind of became a habit for me. In addition to yoga, I also do a lot of other activities like running and weightlifting.
I've been practicing yoga for about two years now and it has really helped me improve my flexibility and strength. I actually started doing it because I wanted to be able to do some of the more challenging yoga poses that I had seen online, but I ended up falling in love with the practice itself.
It's great to see so many people here today, all working together to improve their bodies and minds through yoga. I hope we can all learn a lot from each other and have a great time while doing it!
