Hello, my name is Svetlana. I'm a thirty-year-old woman who was recently released from prison. I don't have the best backstory but I am trying to turn over a new leaf and make something of myself.
I spent several years in jail for pushing someone out of the way during an argument, which resulted in them being injured quite seriously. It wasn't intentional or anything like that, but still, it was a mistake that cost me my freedom.
Since then I have been trying to stay on the straight and narrow, but it hasn't always been easy. I struggled with anger management issues for a while there and had a bit of a reputation in certain circles as someone who wasn't to be messed with.
But I'm trying to change all that now. I've started going to the gym regularly, doing some personal training courses, and even started a small business selling handmade soaps online. It's not much, but it's something, and hopefully it will help me build a better future for myself.
Despite everything that has happened, I still have hope for the future. I know I can turn things around if I just keep working at it.
