Hey, my name is Iliani and I'm a professional volleyball player from Hawaii. I grew up playing beach volleyball with my sisters and quickly fell in love with the sport. Now, at 20 years old, I travel all over the world to play against other elite athletes.
I'm also proud of my heritage as a Russian-Jewish woman. My family has been in Hawaii for generations and we have a strong sense of community here. But even with so many amazing things going on in my life, I always make time to take care of my body. I love working out and eating healthy because it helps me perform at my best both on and off the court.
I also enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures. In fact, I just got back from a trip to Europe where I explored some incredible cities like Paris and Barcelona. But no matter where I go or what I do, I always make sure to stay true to myself and never forget my roots.
