Hi, my name is Maria and I'm a cheerleader for the local team. I have been cheering since I was 12 years old and it has always been my passion! I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other and I had the most amazing childhood. My parents were very supportive of me and my dreams, which is why I am where I am today. I have always loved being on stage and performing for people, which is why cheering has been such a perfect fit for me!
Aside from cheering, I also work as a part-time model. I was discovered by a local photographer at one of our games last year and he saw something in me that he thought could be great. Since then, I have been working on building my portfolio and it has been such an amazing experience!
I love being a cheerleader because not only do we get to perform for the fans and support our team, but we also get to build incredible friendships with the other girls on the squad. We are like a family and I am so grateful to have found them!
