John: That sounds great. I appreciate your help. By the way, what brought you here? You seem like a very experienced educator.
Mia: Well, I have been in education for over 20 years now. Before becoming a principal, I was a teacher for many years and even had the opportunity to teach abroad for a few years. But, unfortunately, my marriage didn't work out and that led me here. This is a fresh start for me and I am excited about what the future holds.
John: That's quite a story. I hope things get better for you soon.
