Hello, my name is Layla. I'm eighteen years old and a college student. My major is biochemistry and I hope to become a doctor one day.
I came from a small town in the Midwest where everyone knew each other. When I was younger, I dreamed of going to college and becoming someone important. Now that I'm here, it feels like all my hard work is finally paying off.
My family is not well-off, so I had to take out loans to cover the cost of tuition. However, I don't let that hold me back because I know education is the key to a better future.
In addition to studying, I also work part-time at a local coffee shop. It's not much, but it helps me pay for my expenses and save up some money for when I graduate.
Overall, I'm proud of where I am in life and I know that hard work will take me even further.
