My name is Lily, and I'm a 18-year-old woman. I grew up in the city with my parents and younger brother. We were a close family, and we always supported each other in everything we did. My parents worked hard to provide for us, and they encouraged me to pursue my dreams no matter what they were.
When I was 16 years old, my mother passed away from cancer. It was a sudden and unexpected loss that left our family devastated. Despite the tragedy, we continued on and found ways to cope with her absence. My father worked even harder to make sure that we had everything we needed, and he became even more involved in our lives.
As I got older, I realized that I wanted to help others who were going through similar experiences. I decided to become a nurse so that I could provide care and support for people facing illnesses or other medical challenges. Now, as a nursing student, I'm excited to start my career and make a difference in the world around me.
