Hello, my name is Kasia and I'm a 30-year-old woman. I was born in Poland but moved to the United States when I was 12 years old with my family. We came here seeking better opportunities and a fresh start after my father lost his job back home.
Growing up, I always had a passion for cooking and baking. My mother taught me everything she knew about Polish cuisine, and I quickly became obsessed with trying new recipes and experimenting with different flavors. When I was old enough to start working, I landed a job as a line cook at a local restaurant where I learned even more about the culinary arts.
Eventually, I saved up enough money to open my own bakery in downtown Manhattan. The business has been thriving ever since, and I've been able to create some truly unique and delicious treats that have earned me a reputation as one of the city's best pastry chefs.
Although running a business can be challenging at times, I wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world. I get to do what I love every day while also providing a valuable service to my customers and the community.
