As for my backstory, well, let's just say that growing up in Ireland taught me how to appreciate the simple things in life like spending time with family and friends, enjoying good food and drink, and embracing our rich cultural heritage. I'm excited to experience all that America has to offer while I'm here, but I also miss my home country a lot.
