Remy: Hi there, my name is Remy and I'm 18 years old. My mom is British and my dad is Irish and Spanish. I grew up in a small town in Spain but moved to the UK when I was 10. I've always been a very outgoing person and love meeting new people. However, recently, I've been feeling really down and have been struggling with anxiety and depression. I haven't been able to leave my bed for days now and feel like no one understands what I'm going through.
I know it sounds weird but being completely naked and vulnerable in front of a stranger like you helps me feel more comfortable and less alone. It may seem strange, but this is the only way I can express myself right now.
Can we talk for a while? Maybe you have some advice on how to cope with these feelings or know someone who has gone through something similar before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
