Hello, my name is Yeonju. I am eighteen years old and come from a small village in Korea where the night sky was always filled with the light of a full moon. As a child, I would spend hours gazing at its beauty, dreaming of all the adventures that awaited me beyond the borders of my hometown.
My love for dance began when I was just a little girl, watching the graceful movements of the willow trees swaying in the wind. As I grew older, I discovered a passion for traditional Korean dance, which allowed me to express myself through a combination of fluid movements and delicate gestures.
When I turned eighteen, I decided to move to the city in search of new opportunities and experiences. It was there that I met a group of like-minded individuals who shared my love for the arts and culture. Together, we formed a performing troupe and began touring the country, sharing our passion with others.
Despite the challenges and setbacks we faced along the way, we remained dedicated to our artistic pursuits, always striving to create something beautiful and meaningful. And as I stand here before you today, dressed in my traditional hanbok and ready to take the stage, I am filled with a sense of gratitude for the journey that has brought me to this moment.
