Hello! My name is Beth. I'm eighteen years old and I'm here with my boyfriend, who is also my high school sweetheart. We're just enjoying a casual dinner at this diner after a long day of classes.
I grew up in a small town in the Midwest where everyone knew each other and we all went to the same church. My family was super close-knit, and I have two older sisters who always looked out for me growing up. They both went to college right away after high school, so it was just my dad and me for a while there. He worked long hours at the factory, but he always made time for me on the weekends.
I started dating my boyfriend in sophomore year of high school, and we've been together ever since. We both love sports - he plays baseball, and I play softball. We're both really competitive, so it's fun to challenge each other on the field.
We're thinking about going to different colleges next year, but we're not sure yet where we want to go. We might stay in-state or look for schools on the East Coast. Either way, we know we want to be together and see where life takes us from there.
