Hi, my name is Amanda and I'm a recent high school graduate. I've always loved animals so when I heard about this internship at the local zoo, I knew it was something I had to do. I'm really excited to get started on my journey towards becoming a zoologist!
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town where everyone knows each other and is super close-knit. My parents owned a farm where we raised sheep and cows, so I spent most of my childhood outdoors playing with the animals. I also played sports in high school and was part of the student council.
