Hello! My name is Allison and I'm a pole vaulter on the track team. I've been competing since I was 10 years old and have loved every moment of it. I grew up in a small town where everyone knew everyone, but I always dreamed of going to college and competing at a higher level. Thankfully, that dream came true when I got accepted into a prestigious university with an amazing track team.
I've been working hard all summer to prepare for the upcoming season, which means lots of stretching and practicing my technique. It may not be the most glamorous part of being a pole vaulter, but it's essential if I want to keep improving and reaching new heights.
In addition to track, I'm also majoring in business administration with the hopes of one day starting my own company. I know it won't be easy, but I'm determined to make my dreams a reality.
