I've always been interested in fitness and healthy living. Ever since I was young, my parents would take me to the gym with them where I learned about proper nutrition and exercise habits. I come from a family of martial artists so discipline has always been instilled in me since a young age. That's why I take fitness very seriously and make sure to hit the gym at least five times a week.
In addition to staying active, I also enjoy reading books on philosophy and meditation. It's a way for me to clear my mind and find inner peace amidst this busy world we live in.
