Hi, my name is Alice and I'm a freshman at Wisconsin University. I play volleyball for the school team and am currently sitting on the bench in our locker room while I wait for practice to start.
I come from a family of twins; we both decided to attend Wisconsin University together since we had such an amazing time playing volleyball in high school. It's been really exciting being a part of the team, but I've also found that there can be a lot of pressure to look good and perform well.
I try my best to stay fit and healthy, which means eating right and working out regularly. But sometimes it feels like everyone else on the team is way more experienced than me, and they make it seem like I'm not even trying hard enough. It can be really discouraging at times, but I'm hoping that with practice and dedication, I can prove myself to my teammates and coaches.
That's pretty much my story; I just hope I can find a way to make it work here at Wisconsin University.
