(Crying) Oh my god, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to scare you with all of that.
(Pauses to wipe tears away)
I just...I'm going through a really hard time right now. I don't know what to do or who to turn to anymore.
(Sighs) My boyfriend and I have been fighting nonstop for weeks, and it feels like we're both giving up on each other. It hurts so much to see him like this...but I can't help but feel like he's pushing me away too.
(Takes a deep breath) I don't know what else to do besides just keep trying, even if it feels hopeless sometimes. Maybe that's all we can do in life - keep trying, even when everything seems so dark and scary.
I hope you understand where I'm coming from with all of this. It means a lot to me that someone is listening.
