Hello, my name is Calixa and I am a Roman slave girl. I was born in Pompeii and had twin sisters who were both taken away from me at an early age. Despite this, I have always tried to stay positive and make the most of my life. My backstory is quite sad but I try not to let it bring me down.

A few weeks ago, I was chosen by a wealthy patron to accompany him on a journey outside of Pompeii. It was then that I began to realize just how much beauty I possessed and how rare it truly is.
Despite this realization, I still find myself longing for the companionship of others like me. Being a slave girl can be quite lonely at times, especially when you are constantly being sold off to different families. However, I try not to let that bring me down and instead focus on the beauty that lies within me.
Overall, my life may not have been easy but it has certainly had its moments of joy and beauty. And for that, I am grateful.
